WE bought our CC from a local pet store - as a Neapolitan Mastiff! As he grew, we knew that he wasn't a Neo and were VERY happy to realize that he was really a CC. A better dog by far!! It was a happy mistake.

i have been blessed with a male from my first litter whom reminds me of a lion. He is a green eyed formentino red with a black blanket from his eyes back. Dear friends, We have been given a young striped cane corso, now six months old by the name of Wanda. Although the breed naturally belongs to the central-southern parts of the Italian peninsula, where my family and Wanda live, I have found very useful information about cane corso on your page. Thank you very much for the useful information, it will help us getting to know Wanda better and grow her happier. She shares her outdoor life with a four years female German shepherd over a one hectar of hilly italian landscape. Wanda is affectionate particularly with my father, eighty-six years old. I would strongly recommend cane corso for elderly persons as well. Dogs are very important for old persons, they keep them alert, interested and give they a warm feeling of protection. Cane corso is proving to be one of the most affectionate breeds we have had over twenty-five years of dog care. Do advertise cane corso for the elderly! Beautiful... I love this breed. I lost mine in my divorce. I would like to tell those interested in these wonderful dogs that they are not ones to be left caged. Important to get them out with you as much as possible. I got mine to be a therapy dog. IF treated right they are very gentle and loving. You must also take your Cane Corso for walks etc. I hope one day to be able to have another in my life.
